"Lovely room. Nice staff. However, we hung our towel, as we were told, for reuse yet, we still got fresh towels each day. The bathroom needs a fan and the door knob was installed upside down. The security lach was broken."

"We came for an event at the convention center. Because the the property is right on the river walk and it's very easy to get around. You can walk all the way to the convention center on the river walk. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was very helpful. The hotel also offered snacks in the evening (which was more like a light dinner). I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. "

"The hotel is of sufficient quality and value. The service staff needs more training and leadership in providing better service and guest interaction. I witnessed house cleaning ignoring guests, walking around looking at their phones, earbuds in and generally very uninterested in the guests in the hotel. Twice I was even cut off by a staff member when entering elevators. Good hotel, clean rooms (though the ADA room wallpaper is peeling because of the open shower) but service needs work."
