"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of your usual international and local fares. The small private beach could certainly do with some garbage pick ups,...

"Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim."

"The staff go above and beyond to make your stay extra special. I could not ask for a better stay. Our room with beach view was amazing. I love that the property is right on the beach. There's also a little strip of bars/restaurants and small shops along the beach. I also like that it's remote. It often felt like it belonged to us. Amazing sunset views. Seriously loved this hotel and next time I am in Phuket, I will definitely stay with them. Highly recommend. "
