"The view was amazing. Onsen was amazing. Wake up to view of Mt Fuji almost every other day, when it is not cloudy. 7eleven and Lawson is just a walk away. Bus stop is right next door. Only downside is the cleaning service was not provided on daily basis. Maybe we need to call them but we didnt bother to. Perfect stay, view and location. "

One word of caution if you come by train and with luggage: the slopes are very steep so I suggest to use a taxi which will set you back around 1250 JPY."

We stayed in the annex in the specisal Kintoki room. The decor was superb as was the service. We especially loved our own private onsen. I have read some other viewes complaing about the late check-in 3pm and the food. Im not sure what they expect. 3pm is the standard check in at most hotels and they dont keep that a secret.
