"Great service, quite clean and comfy room. There was a pungent smell in the cupboard and coffee area and the shower only has an open screen with no door so the showers were always uncomfortable to be aware of getting the entire bathroom wet. Some plugs and switches in the room were also not working. Otherwise perfect location right across trams and trains and so convenient to go anywhere. "

"Our room wasn’t the cleanest it could have been. I wanted them to do housekeeping one of the days but all they did was turn the sheets over. I knew this because there was a stain on one of the sheets that had been on the outside and was now on the inside. There was also something very sticky on the bedside table giving me the idea they didn’t wipe any of it down between guests. That’s my only complaint. "
