"What a beautiful place to stay, so spacious. Having the kitchen and washer and dryer was fabulous. We did not use the pool. It was so close to everything- within walking distance especially the lagoon and reef terminal for excursions. Highly recommended!"

"We loved our mini break here. Travelled with kids 9 and under in school holidays. Staff were so friendly and helpful, room was gorgeous and resort Reno’s have come up looking lovely. We have visited cairns often over the last decade, living 2 hours south and still maintain Novotel Oasis has the best pool in cairns and is so well situated for access to restaurants and esplanade attractions. Small thing I know, but thought the chilled water box in the lobby was a lovely touch. Saved us a stack on cold water and wasted plastic. Highly recommend. "

"24 hour check-in/out added to the convenience. They weren't stingy with the tea/coffee either - plenty available. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. AC already on before we entered the room, thanks."
