"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO 
 when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

"The hotel was beautiful. the grounds were amazing. The staff was great, especially Mateo. He was so helpful and friendly; he made our stay fantastic! I did not like the al la carte situation. There were no reservations available for any restaurant at all during our stay. We were forced to eat at the buffet for all of our meals every day. While the buffet had great options, it would have been nice to eat at a restaurant at least once. "
