"The service was superb, from the receptionist to the servers at the buffet. The buffet was ok, not a lot of varieties like other hotel I stayed. The bathroom was clean however the room was running down, the towels were roughly due to old towel. Since I have VIP, we didn’t get offered to upgrade.
