"Our party of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything from check-in to all the facilities were all amazing experiences. Their shuttle bus service was great, nothing to be concerned about at all. The shared facilities are the best we've seen on in the trip including a much needed 24 hour gym. In addition, the rooms are to die for, really happy we stated and would do so again on our next trip! Thanks!"

"Amazing experience with Ten-yu. We spent a few hours in the attached water park and enjoyed the private onset in the balcony. Free ice cream, tea and snacks in lobby was an added bonus. No need to even pack a bag- clothes, night dresses and all toiletries were complimentary. "

The room was cleaned everyday to original state when we first entered the room on the first day. Beds or futon mats on real tatami floors. The dinner and breakfast alone are worth the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially when navigating cultural differences. "
