"Absolutely beautiful place and so refreshing and relaxing. They allowed tattoos in public baths which was really nice and let me enjoy the traditional bath house experience. The staff are so kind and helpful and the keiseki dinner was elaborate and beautiful."

"This property was beautiful and the onsens were amazing. We loved that the baths were private so that our children could use them as well. We had dinner at the property and it was delicious and quite a treat. Anyone planning to stay should know that this property is not very walkable. It is not only further away than other properties, it is on a hillside. We utilized taxis a great deal. This property was also not clean. There was mold growing on the walls and bugs (mosquitos?) smashed...

"We were worried about what the in-room half open bath would be like, but it exceeded our expectations. Even though it rained when we arrived, it certainly gave a different vibe. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff we dealt with were very friendly! If we get a chance to go again, we definitely want to stay for 2 nights to try the different kaiseki dinner options and check out the other private onsen options. "

"I miss Hotel Okada so much! Wish we had stayed 3 nights instead of 2. Or even more! 20 min walk into town if you can't catch a cab. Older hotel, but still very clean and comfortable. "Historical property in stunning settings, Staff is kind and very helpful Miss Park we loved your kindness.Beautiful property grounds ,excelent food choices.The bed and pillows were so comfortable i slept my best in the last 10 years .
