Staff were very friendly. Location was great, underground parking available. Rooms were a bit small but comfy. We had a rattle from the wind all night, but view was nice. lots of food options nearby, mall with cinemas right next door and bus stops very close.

Direct Bus to Airport and well-appointed rooms
After a long flight, it was welcoming to be greeted by friendly staff and relax in a clean, comfortable room. The kitchen included a microwave, hob and utensils and the hotel was close to supermarkets and shops and only a 5-minute walk from Manukau station, which is on the Airport Bus route.

We stayed two nights while in Auckland for a convention. It was great having kitchen facilities but also being super close to the shopping centre and lots of eating options. Booked this spot bc I had an early AM flight out of AKL the next day, and I got way more than expected. The rooms are truly apartments. My room had a washer AND a dryer, which was worth the money alone, as I was able to do all my laundry before flying out. Front desk was super helpful too.
