"This hotel was the hidden gem of our trip. I was tempted to give it a bad rating so it would remain hidden just for us! We had a view of the beautifully landscaped pool, the Atlantic Ocean, El Yunque rainforest, and the mountains all from our balcony. "We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. "

"Smooth check in and out procedures. Property was clean and as expected but every time it rained (which was often) the window leaked leading to large puddles on the floor. We sacrificed most of our towels to keeping the floor and our belongs dry."

"We stayed at the Wyndham 12-17 thru 12-23. The property is beautiful steps from the beach. Pay extra for the ocean view room you will not regret it! Every staff member there is attentive and kind including transportation services and excursion guides. They are going thru a remodel which didn’t interrupt our stay to much. A couple of the pools were closed kids were bummed because it was the one that had the slide. We just shuttled down to the beach club pool which was bigger and quieter...

"Maybe a little run down but fully functional. We experience everything this place has to offer. Extremely comfortable fluffy bed. Fully functional kitchen with coffee maker. Beautiful view from the room. Unfortunately, you can’t open up windows but they have a great back shared deck to have your coffee and watch the sunrise. "Located near the airport, the hotel lacked a suitable mattress and required a thorough deep cleaning. The patio common area wasn’t welcome. We had problem getting the key but at least Eduardo came to the unit and helped us."
