"Fantastic stay - beautiful Park Suite with wonderful views of Hyde Park. Close to Lancaster Gate tube station as well, making it extremely convenient to get around London. Gym is a great addition also, including a Peleton and Technogym treadmills! We will be returning in the future. Staff are incredibly friendly and will assist in any way they can with your needs! "The property is a unique historic building maintained to a great extend as originally built and decorated but with all modern amenities and cleanliness of a modern hotel. Very romantic and very different than the other standardized hotels in the area and elsewhere. The quality of the main breakfast offerings was well above average for the price."

"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."
