"Nice"

"Always love to stay at the Lotte. Top notch all the way. The only complaint this trip was the older man at the concierge desk was rude when we were trying to pick up our stored luggage. One member of our group was sick and I was trying to ask if the concierge workers could possibly deliver our luggage to the room & the man basically yelled at me & told me to "Wait!" in front of several other guests. The other man working at the concierge desk apologized for him and said he was just a little overwhelmed. I understand it happens sometimes, but the rude employee never apologized or even acknowledged me again while I waited, like he told me to do. The other worker helped get our luggage to the room. Other than that isolated incident, the service and experience were great, as usual. "

"AC was my only complaint, soon as i mentioned it to management "Omar" he moved us to a better unit. The staff in general was great! I really enjoyed my stay. It's dead center in the middle of where i wanted to be. Times square, what a great experience!"

"Loved the room with its comfy king size bed, closet shelf’s and great shower. The newly renovated rooms had style all the way down to the painting in the room. Only con was l wish there was shelves in the bathroom keep my stuff in travel bags or on the desk outside the bathroom. "

"Loved our double room on a high floor. The whole hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Check in was problematic. Most employees are nice and helpful but a couple were the opposite. "
