"Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with directions and let us store our luggage and check out late. Only downfall was the restaurant staff were all very rude and the breakfast Buffet was terrible. We went to the rooftop to see it and grab a drink before dinner. They had a staff member waiting by the elevator who asked us if we had a reservation. When we said no and that we were just seeing the view he pushed the elevator button and closed the door on us and sent us back...
