"Excellent location, right in the action, a block to 5th ave and tons of restaurants and bars. Only a few rooms in the hotel have been renovated to look like the pictures, mine was not, looked like it was renovated in 1970, but it was clean, no mold, no bugs. Bed was firm but comfortable, smart tv and good A/C. Big issue for me was no mini fridge. Ivan the manager was awesome, very helpful and kind. "Definitely great for the price. Loved the two pools (although I didn't have time for them with frequent activities). Only 3 blocks away from 5th Avenue (Quintana Avenida). There were great restaurants nearby. Very clean. Loved seeing the Mayan culture on the walls. A more traditional and lovely hotel."

"9/10 would be 10/10 if there was more priority for those who are actually staying on the property over “walk ins”. since the property is open to the public the roof top beds and chairs fill up fast. also wasn’t a fan on how reservations were required for all food options minus buffets/pool bar. other than that loved my stay!!!!"

"We had a short stay before flying out of Tulum. Location is awesome very short walk to 5th avenue but far enough to not be super noisy.

Pool / rooftop was bit of a letdown. Pool needs maintenance and there is no shade over pool or lounges so way too hot to hang out for more than a few minutes.
