"Good property. Only about a 10 minute drive from the city centre but 40 min walk, So either be prepared to get at least 10,000 steps everyday or take out extra pesos to catch taxis. Right across the street from centro maya(strip mall) and there’s an otto right down the street (2min walk). Never felt unsafe walking alone at night."

We stayed for seven nights and each day our room was cleaned and the bed made and two bottles of water were supplied each day. "Trouble checking in because no one answered the phone. Then the code didn't work at the front door. After almost an hour we finally got in. No WiFi code, no coffee, just very, very minimal and enough hot water for 1 shower/day. Worst of all, the jacuzzi isn't really a jacuzzi. It's a tub with warm water, no high-powered jets or anything, just circulating lukewarm water. Overall, this place was a huge disappointment for the price. "

"The property was quite nice in appearance and was safe because it is a gated facility. The staff was very nice and particularly Lucas was very helpful. I got a little lazy and took a taxi to the airport, which the property arranged for the same fee posted on 5th Avenue, but it is located about one mile from ADO Touristica and ADO Alterna bus terminals.
