Cancun Interactive Aquarium Tours and Activities

Located in Cancun's hotel precinct, the Acuario Interactivo is far from being your average aquarium. This really is an interactive space where you'll have the opportunity to get involved and have a swim with some of the marine residents.

There's nothing to worry about though as there’s a see-through wall separating you from them! The aquarium provides snorkels and masks for any hardy souls willing to give it a try.

Then there's the dolphin lagoon where you can enjoy a dolphin show and also get in the water with them. This time you will have full contact, and will be instructed on how best to interact with these gentle and friendly creatures. There's nothing quite like being pushed through the water by dolphins!

The interactive aquarium is in La Isla shopping centre, which is within walking distance from many of the hotels and resorts in the hotel precinct. It’s also very easy to get to by bus and taxi, and there’s paid parking in the hotel precinct for those who have their own transport. The aquarium is open seven days a week, and there’s a small admission fee.
