Nice two level setup allowing for separate spaces, and it had everything we needed for our week long stay to cook and hang out. "My daughter and I stayed at this property in March 2025. We found it comfortable, as described and clean. Loved having a washer/dryer combo! The view is nice- it’s the lake! It’s convenient to get on the subway a couple blocks over, there is a little grocery store right next door, and getting into the building is a breeze. (There are dogs in the building-just FYI)Overall, a great place for a stay in Chicago! "

Rooftop was awesome place for us to catch up over coffee and plan the day. The kitchen has everything we needed. Speakers throughout was a nice touch.
