"Rge front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Amd thank you for coffee available 24/7 at door! The bed was amazing! Bathroom was very roomy. Parking that's cheaper than Valet Parking at the hotel is waling distance down the street."
"The location was superior, right on Wacker overlooking the river. The room was spacious and the price was reasonable. Being a 1/2 block walk to the Magnificent Mile, it allowed me to have my business meeting while my wife could shop. "
"Hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast consists of coffee, tea and fruit. Pastries can be purchased. The room was nice, not what I would consider a 4 star (i.e., not comparable to the nearby Hyatt). Charge of $5 per piece to store luggage."
