"Booked: two bedroom suite Condition: bed was very comfy and linens felt lovely. Bathroom was well appointed. Spotlessly clean. Rooms could use a remodel and a spruce up, BUT it was not offensively outdated and I have NO complaints on the quality of the space. Microwave also functions as a convection oven. Plates, cups, utensils, cooktop, pots and pans included. Refrigerator is fairly generously sized. Love the water bottle filler across from the elevator. Staff were fantastic, helpful and fun!...

"This was my Bestfriend and I first time in Chicago. This property is close to a lot of shopping and some main attractions either by foot or a short car ride. "For the caliber and price, the property was not clean/upkept enough. The phone in our room didn't work and the faucet leaked. The elevator tracks are super dirty and the lobby rug perimeter is filthy. It's clear that the floor is mopped surrounding the rug so all the debris gets stuck to the perimeter of the rug. The rug needs to be moved periodically and cleaned around/under it. "
