"Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free..."

"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here "

"Very good stay. It’s a nice small apartment, overall pretty clean no real complaints. Nice people running the operation too, let me store my bags until my flight later that night. Balcony was a nice place to hang out along with the rooftop pool and lounge area. Great deal for the price. Only 15 minute subway ride to downtown. "
