"The reception and service were outstanding. The location is is in a comfortable neighbourhood and the setting for breakfast is a good place to start the day. One thing about our room, though, was rather odd: the electrical sockets were inconveniently placed, requiring one to get down on the floor to plug in or inconveniently locsted for udimg the coffee maker."

The only slight downside was that the towels were replaced when I hung them up for reuse and the AC was left on by the cleaner all day when I'd switched it off when I left the room which goes against their eco friendly mission."

"We stayed at the hotel twice in February ( 19th and on the 23rd and 24th). First prior to our domestic flight to Rapa Nui then before our international flight to Canada. The hotel is ideally located between the the Domestic and Internal terminals at SCL Airport, just a few minutes saunter from either terminal. "The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. "In general a very nice place to stay. The only two things that could be better is the air conditioner in the room we stayed in was very weak and we spent much of the night not being able to sleep because of the heat, and the pool was not well maintained and had cloudy water with leaves and bugs in it. "
