"The hotel was excellent as her majesty's theatre was across the street from exhibition st, there was a communication problem with one of the female staff, i did not know her name but when i told her i was seeing a show at 2pm, ill check in afterwards, not knowing self checking in by screen in lobby n debit card myself means im already check in, n go up to the room! This lady didn't understand what i was talking about as a non Australian! But it was not her fault, i talk to someone else who fixed it n room was great! It was hard to leave the bed, very comfortable n soft pillows! Really good buffet breakfast too!"

"Always one of our favourite stays at the Stamford, it always feels like home, staff were wonderful and friendly and price affordable, bedd exceptionally comfortable, would be great to see a bit of a facelift tho to the property, a lot of the interior hasnt changed since we first started staying there 24 years ago"
