It’s also great they let you book in advance and pay at the property with no penalties for cancelling up to a day before - love this flexibility! "

"Stayed multiple nights. Well located close to Smith St and nicely furnished. Reception staff very welcoming. Unfortunately cleaning/servicing not up to standard. Shower was mouldy and had to call each day to have the room turned over. Housekeeping staff seemed unfriendly and put out by having to service the room. We booked parking in andvance and paid up front only to find the car park had been oversubscribed on one occasion - property needs to manage parking allocations better. Overall, good...
