"Ihis is a lovely b&b. Thr room was great and quiet, with tea and coffee. Everything you need like towels and toiletries. Breakfast is superb. Very close to town centre. The only problem is the lack of parking which one can park on the street for £17 a day. Despite that, I had a great stay and fully recommend it"

"lovely little place to stay, central location within easy reach of the centre. We checked in on the last day of the Christmas markets which is a great time to visit Bath. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Especially loved the en-suite which had a roomy walk-in shower and heated floor. Could be a bit more eco friendly though, the bar of soap was changed daily, as were the single-use mini bottles of toiletries. "

"From the outside, looks a little tired, but once you are in the rooms are large, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and thoughtful. Little touches, like a handwritten personal card in the room, make you feel welcome. My only extra two wishes would be for a little more illumination near the window for the evening (a reading lamp, for instance) and there were effectively two dressing tables but not a proper desk and chair - which makes it quite hard to do any work. The location...

"A beautiful hotel in a great location. Christmas decorations were lovely too - class! The parking options were very good. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were helpful and welcoming. This is our favourite place to stay in Cheltenham. We will be back!"

"I loved this hotel. Its quirky, but in a lovely way. And i was lucky to be upgraded, so i had a suite with a separate shower room and a roll top bath. The selection of wines/drinks/snacks in the room were of good quality, and whilst i did not consume, due to work commitments, i would in the future. The restaurant attached served lovely, locally sourced food at a reasonable price. And the location of the hotel meant you were walking distance into town, and 20 minutes walk from the train...

"I had a wonderful stay at the Bath House. Warm and welcoming with out too much fuss. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Near to Bath city to make walking around, sight seeing a pleasure. The whole experience made my stay special."
