"Fantastic location overlooking the Thames. Easy walking distance to centre of Twickenham or further afield like Richmond and Teddington. Booked a superior room with a balcony with great views. The only things we would criticise is the fact that the Sky Box and TV were not working properly and also the Coffee machine wasn't. Neither were there any instructions in the room for use of these. Staff tried to put the tv/Sky right but unsuccessful. Otherwise would have been excellent."

"This has so much potential. The welcome was lovely, but the first thing we were told, after being given our key was that the battery was dying on the pad, so we would have to tap it 3 times. The room was spacious, with a ridiculous full mini fridge- only alcohol no other space! The toilet roll holder was broken and missing. The bed was very comfortable. The shower, really did not work; there was no power; it would not stay up, kept dropping down - very disappointing. We had breakfast, which was...
