"Outstanding customer service at the hotel for 4 nights. Constantly felt like staff and management went above and beyond expectations for us, as just “regular people”. When I reached out to customer service after having our departure flight cancelled at the airport gate, we were offered an upgraded room at a price less than our nightly rate previous and even on a Saturday night. Location is fantastic, Fathom restaurant is worth devoting your daily budget and caloric intake to — for one meal. The tiramisu pancakes will ruin every other pancake experience you ever have. Will definitely be back. And will tell ALL my friends. "

"Location, Location, Location. The Rosedale was the excellent hub for all our events on our agenda. We were here to enjoy all the activities including the Grey Cup Game. Everything we want to be involved with was within walking distance. Top drawer restaurants close by. For us, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel but the total ambiance was great. The only knock we might voice is our room was a little more compact than we expected. The room was labeled as a suite with a small kitchenette, separate sitting area and queen size bed. Overall, the room was comfortable for our needs. Would recommend if downtown Vancouver is your main objective at a reasonable rate."
