"Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Really like the bath and shower set -up (you'll know what I mean when you see it). Breakfast was tasty and staff well organised. Staff, generally, very polite. We had to wait 40 minutes for our room to be ready even though we arrived at 15:00. Rooms are not well sign-posted and require a bit of finding. Leisure centre, particularly the pool, requires some up-grading. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would go back, which says a lot."

"A nice relaxing weekend stay. It was a bit dissapointing that the spa was too busy we couldn’t get any treatments, and there were not enough beds around the pool, people would leave for hours at a time with their belongings on them this could be monitored. The pool side area could definitly do with an uplift. The overall vibe was relaxed though and the hotel staff were lovely. The food was a really good standard although the menu was limited. My only concern is that a superior double is nothing more than a standard double just a slightly larger room.
