"Very charming hotel overlooking the lake. Lovely landscaping made for beautiful outdoor spaces to lie in a hammock, sit by the water, etc. Our room was clean and nice, but the bathroom and sheets could have been better. Breakfast was good - you get some options of traditional Guatemalan, more American style, pancakes, yogurt/granola etc. It is built into the hillside over the lake so there is some walking up and down to get around, but the staff kindly helped us with our luggage. "Perfect little hotel a short walk from the main part of Santa Cruz! Food was amazing, staff attentive, and we loved the hot tub and sauna (temsecal). Also very convenient right next to a tour company that took us on a kayak tour to cliff jumping! "
