"I love the location, convenience and atmosphere - quiet, beautiful garden setting with spa setting in back. Only draw back is the room was not well-lit. Overhead lights, designed for two bulbs, only had one. We asked for another bulb, maintenance was sent. At first he said he did not have the "tools" to replace bulb. DUH. We showed him they covers come off by hand turning a small know. He then said he did not have authorization to add a second bulb. Seemed a little petty to scrimp on the bulb...

"This is a great location in a beautiful building. Actually, buildings since there are three separate parts to the hotel. We stayed in the smaller one that had great gardens and a smaller pool. But, it’s connected to the main hotel by a túnel so it’s convenient. The staff was great and the breakfast buffet (not included for us) was worth it. And the main square of Antigua is only a short walk away. We will be back!"

"I would recommend this hotel! They let us check in early and staff was accommodating. Beautiful pool with food service. The beds are comfortable as well. "
