"I traveled with my two daughters and we spent 5 days at Moon Palace. It was awesome! Our rooms were gorgeous. The Spa was fabulous! I got a massage, facial, and pedi. The facilities and entire experience at the Spa were amazing. Soo much to do and the food was delicious!! The only thing I didn’t care for was the switch up with the “presentation.” They don’t do time shares but they do lure you into a presentation and your kids have to be there too, for hours. They want you to sign up and they aren’t too nice when you decline. My sister’s family was there and they had a similar experience. So 10s across the board for the entire experience, just be wary of the “presentation” however they do give you spa credits/resort credits. Just stay strong lol and book your stay! You will not regret it! I’m totally going to stay at another Moon Palace next summer, they have so many locations!!"
"I had money missing in my apartment after the cleaner had been in. She also made herself at home and sat down with us for a chat and imposed on our personal space and privacy. She also asked if she could eat our sweets and opened them and ate some of them. Never got the money back but was reported to the manager just so that she knows that we had the money missing. The money was there before she cleaned our room."
