"Room size is considerably small. Large bathroom though. Watch out for the platform steps when going to bathroom. Only two washing machine available. Limited amenities. Only heating a/c during winter. Housekeeping is average. They only tidy up the beds and replace the towels. Very short walk to Nippombashi station. Lots of food options in the vicinity. Prices at Kuromon market is ex. Better options at Sennichimae shopping street"

"The room was fine and there was a large extra space that we ended up using as a walk-in closet but the bathroom was very small with a tiny slippery tub and a big step that made the access very awkward. Regardless, after 3 days we wanted to stay one more week in Osaka and asked to keep the room but our request was denied although we knew a room was still available. So we moved to a better hotel. Since they cater to large groups we figured they couldn’t care less about us."
