"The pictures posted seem to be of a suite, not a basic room. I had an end room, with a view of "the city" which was the subway track, and the room was much smaller than i expected. However, I had all the amenities I needee, and the hotel is right across from not only a large shopping center, but in the mix of Chinatown, so there was lots to eat nearby and the parking in the shopping center was ample. I would stay there again."

"The shower was sent from the heavens (they have great water pressure) the location is so convenient you can walk everywhere from central park, carnegie hall, Rockefeller,times square and 15 minute walk from the deli 48 thats open 24 hours(the distance helped when I wanted a strawberry roll cake at 3am) and of course the staff was engaging and helpful. I hope to stay in the same location when i make my next visit to nyc!"

"My particular room was noisy as we were next to Delancey street. The window sounded like it was open which made it hard to sleep. However, they do offer a sound machine which was very nice, and came with a large selection of noises. Overall the room and hotel was clean and orderly. The hotel does not have a concierge so there is no need to interact with people if you don’t want to. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. "

"Overall, excellent stay. Close to pretty much everything from Times Square to Macy's to theaters, subway, all kinds of restaurants, etc. I loved that the hotel was modern and clean. The staff actually does an excellent job keeping the hotel clean and they tend to your requests in a timely matter. The only thing I would change about this hotel is to probably have some type of security because anyone can come in the hotel without having access. A suggestion for increased security would possibly be to add having to scan your hotel key to access the elevator so that non-guests won't be able to go any further than the lobby. One other suggestion is to add the ability to utilize your external streaming devices on the tv in the hotel, ie: Firestick, Roku, etc. because it gets a little pricey paying to watch movies on the tv in the room. Other than that, Arlo is our go to hotel next time in New York. "
