"Hotel was good, staff were friendly & helpful. There’s a bus stop 5 minutes away to take you to the train station to get to the downtown, because hotel is 30 minutes away from downtown Chicago. Other then how far it was, we had a really amazing valentines weekend "

"Breakfast was mediocre, lukewarm, and exactly the same each day, which is a drag when you're staying multiple days. Coffee was quite dreadful. Thankfully I was the only one in the bed, as it had a person-sized divot in the middle from all the previous occupants; new mattresses or at least turning them would be a plus. Asked for a new lightbulb in my room as it was missing entirely, took them 24 hours and 2 requests to brig one. Charged an additional "service" fee on top of my Hotels.com prepaid...
