"A lovely guesthouse in a quiet road in Harmondsworth. We stayed in the family room which is a lovely size. The beds were amazingly comfortable and despite being close to Heathrow it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was brilliant also. We loved the stay and would definitely return."

"I’ve visited London many times and this property has been by far my favorite. Lowest price I’ve seen, Quiet neighbors, friendly owner, everything you could need in the kitchen to cook! (You don’t know how rare that is) I only had two small problems. The neighborhood can be pretty dirty with the surrounding neighborhood just dumping trash all over. "Dirty, staff (well only saw one) seen more personality in a dead frog. I stay away 4 nights very week this place is how not to do it. No food, the noise from other rooms was unreal you could a fart. Traffic noise awful ok it’s on a main road so that is what it is. Seriously I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid the bill for me and at the best part of £100 they should be ashamed. "

Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House".
