"The staff were excellent - at all levels. Initial welcome was friendly and efficient and housekeeping was first class. Rooms lovelyu and clean. Only issue we had was that the first room was full of "characterful" eaves but also angles and low ceilings which would have been fantastic for smaller guests but for a 6ft 2 big lad with only one eye was asking for trouble which I then duly got! Took a really bad fall on a slippy carpet when twisting and turning/manoeuvring around the...

"The staff were incredibly lovely and kind, giving advice about the area and nearest places to eat/shop and travel. Bed were very comfortable and the area was quiet so we had a great nights sleep. "Nice location - not far from Hammersmith bus and tube stations. Pleasant but not overly talkative staff. Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was clean but the clothes storage was near to falling over, plug socket and light fittings damaged and potentially dangerous, metal bed frame broken and very noisy. The room would have benefitted from having blackout curtains as the morning light flooded in at around 6am."
