"We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly, and we arrived on the afternoon of the 19th. I did encounter a minor issue in my room, but the staff promptly took care of it. This was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had in the UK. The staff were kind and welcoming, and I will be back."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, lots of choices for diners. Breakfast was buffet style, very varied and the view from the dining windows looked over the grounds. All in all, an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend. "

"Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience. Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food. One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around"
