"This hotel has a distinct style and they do it well! Having read reviews about the great staff before my stay, I was still surprised by their friendliness and attention to detail. The Loaded option is great and the perks are well worth the extra cost. The harbour view was even better than expected. I can’t wait to return!"

"Great location. Easy access to many restaurants, Sky tower, and Queens Street shopping center. Staff is friendly. The off-site parking is expensive. NZ$40 per 24 hours with hotel validation. Otherwise, it will be even more expensive."
