I am going to give you a tip, please book all the restaurants as soon as you book your rooms as the availability to get reservations are slim if you wait. There are other options that are good like the buffets, valley and room service, but I enjoyed the sit down dinners. A1 place"

"Clean and well maintained. Little noisey Nice place for the shows. Service was either really good or terrible. Depending where your at. Food needed help. Always cold. "

"Unfortunately got food poisoning on the second day and didn't leave the room much. Beach is very nice and condition of the rooms and facilities are like new. Added bonus is the resort is only a few minutes from the airport. Booking dinner reservations can be a little hokey, but we met with the reservation lady the first morning and she set us up. Unfortunately like I mentioned I was only able to eat 2 dinners."

"Beautiful grounds, beach and pools. Lopesan is worth its gold in amenities. The filet mignon brochettes at the El Assador restaurant was our 5star favourite meal. The Bravaro Coffee Shop was our late afternoon go-to spot for delicious lattes. Top notch dining and hospitality service. We want to go back! "

"The stay was excellent. The room was really nice and clean. There is a washer and dryer which is very convenient. We slept very well in the comfortable bed, but had an issue with the traffic noise and loud music at night. The view was very nice, overlooking the pool with the view of downtown. The breakfast was excellent each morning. We cooked our dinner. The pots and pans were to a minimum so we made due with the cooking utensils they had, good thing we went to the store as well. Barceló Bávaro Beach - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Our reservation was for the Beach (adults only) when we checked in it was a 2 hour process and then we were sent over to Barceló Bávaro Palace because there were no rooms available for us even though we had a reservation!! I was very upset/disappointed at first but then realized it was actually a good thing!! Just not sure why it took them 2 hours to tell us!! Other than the nightmare of check in on the Beach side every thing was fantastic!! I would go back and stay at the Palace any time!"

"First of all, the hotel staff was all very friendly, from the front desk, the waiters, Mrs. Bernarda who cleaned our room was very attentive to us, Adriel the supervisor helped us quickly with a complaint we had about the air conditioning. A lot of variety in food and drinks and what we liked most was the quality of the shows, Royalton Bavaro is a place to relax and have fun without worrying about anything."
