"Balcony was disgusting and faced the parkade and looks like it was never cleaned but the rest of the hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was less than sub par and one guy gave a lot of attitude when questioning the billing that he made confusing and unnecessary. "

"I liked the pool bar with the swings! Jets don't work but the hot tub was hot and enjoyable. Staff was nice. Room had a nice layout with frig, microwave, water boiler and sink in kitchen area."

"The property is conveniently located to all of the dining in the shopping at Waikiki Beach. The room was spacious and Well appointed. The bedding and pillows were really comfortable. I only call was not being white on the beach as it made. It appear in the pictures. There are two buildings between the hotel and the ocean, so your view is limited. Also, you need to walk about 100 yards down a path to get to the beach."

"Noticed a few improvements during this stay: the valet staff was much more attentive and helpful! And the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. And my VIP perks were available. Thank you! Also love that they still offer yoga with Nick and the free passes to Bishop Museum. And we really enjoyed swimming at the pool. My biggest complaint would be the many mosquito bites that I got when we spent time by the pool. I am allergic and it's been a few days, and I am still itchy. Other complaint is...
