"The Rocamar is very nice hotel, the wifi works best in the lobby area, but if you love the sound and sight of the ocean this is the place to stay, very convenient to all things walkable, grocery store just a few yards down the road, they have a small refrigerator in the room but would be nice if they added a microwave, all in all a great place to stay on yur vacation, yes we will be back."

"This was our second time at Mia Reef. Overall, our stay was good but the resort does need some major maintenance - wear and tear are very noticeable throughout. For example - shakey faucet, low water pressure, scratches on some furniture. The beaches are unbeatable on the island however! They never disappoint. "

I much prefer the south end of the island. A bit removed from the hustle of the north end, quiet and peaceful but only a 15 min cart of ride into the busier area. stay here. Get a cart. You won’t regret it. "

"It was me and my partners first time coming to Isla Mujeres, and we had a great time staying at Ixchel. I really wanted to be at a hotel right on the beach and that's what we got. We spent 3 days lounging in the beach chairs and wading in the ocean. The hotel's restaurant comes to wait on you so we were able to have drinks and lunch without leaving.
