BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

ALII 4104 is truly a paradise retreat! It is everything and more that we hoped it would be! We enjoyed every minute while we were staying. It is right on the path to all of the food, entertainment, and shopping spots along with being on the beach. The good people at Ka'anapali Ali'i are wonderful - they are friendly and helpful, treating us wonderfully while we were at the condo. Many thanks for a great stay!!!

We stayed for an all girls trip (myself, daughters 11&12, sister & mother). This unit was so beautiful and lived up to all we wanted it to be. Extremely clean, breathtaking views and had everything we needed to get started and be comfortable. Walking I distance to beach and shopping as well as driving distance Snorkeling spots. Will definitely be returning!!!!

Stunning views and luxurious accommodations!
This property far exceeded our expectations in every way! First the oceanfront views framed by Molokai and Lanai mountains from every room were spectacular. Then the furnishings, kitchen appliances, bath fixtures and decor were all top of the line! We felt like we were living the life of The Rich and Famous 😄! There was plenty of space for the two couples to stay plus other relatives over for cocktails to savor the magnificent sunset! Thanks to the owners for leaving us a tray full of goodies including a delicious Maui Gold pineapple, macadamia chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco. The unit was so nice we didn’t want to leave to go out, but there is a beautiful beach and pool right outside our doorstep, as well as great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations and look forward to returning in the future.
