"Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel."

"Check-in was a little confusing as I had just wanted to leave my bag at the concierge before returning later for check-in at 3 pm, but the reception staff didn't seem to understand. Before I knew what was happening, they checked me in early (around 12 noon). Unfortunately, the cleaning staff were still cleaning the room, so I had to just leave my bag in my room while the staff were cleaning. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Breakfast was a set Japanese menu of rice, natto, miso soup, fish...

"A nice newer hotel in downtown Kumamoto. It’s right on top of the Sakuramachi mall and the bus terminal, a very convenient location. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. However, the lobby is on the 14th floor and there is no concierge or bellboy on the main entrance (which is actually on the second floor of the parking of the mall) and no signs outside on the streets, so it’s rather confusing for people driving using GPS to look for the hotel (it just tells you you have arrived on the...
