"I liked that it was spacious, elevator, bathroom was great. There was a washer that spun clothes but not sure if it dries so i hung it in the balcony. Walked to underground station for dinner. Only complaint are the beds and couch is work out. Other than that it was cute and perfect for me and my parents. Thank you very much. "

"숙소위치는 철길 옆이나 소음이 심하지 않다. 전반적인 숙소의 상태는 양호 했으나, 세탁기는 점검이 되지 않았으며, 거름망에 먼지가 정말 매우 많아 세탁기 사용 자체에 대한 의미를 모르겠다. 일반적인 호텔과 차별점이 세탁이 가능하다 인데 그 의미가 없었다."

"The room was perfect, really large beds and plenty of room in the room to not get in each others way. Bathroom was also spacious. Would stay again. Highly recommended. "

"部屋が1階のエントランス側で出入りが激しく、皆エントランスを開けるのに戸惑ったり、スムーズに開かない為ガチャガチャと荒々しく開けようとする音がうるさく、何度か私自ら開けに行きました。部屋は昭和初期って感じですね、サイトで見た写真と違って薄暗く、壁には結構傷があり、ちょっと後ずさりしてしまいました。上の階の足音もかなり響きます。夜8時から夜中1時過ぎまで、何をしているのか、ずっと部屋を行ったり来たりする足音。耳栓も役にたちませんでした。クローゼットに入ってた掛け布団、1番下に置いてあったものは黄色くなっていて、使うのを断念。ゴミを分別しなきゃいけない事が書いて有りましたが、分別専用の袋は見つからず、、、お掃除の方に聞いたら、そのまま部屋に置いておけばいいとの事。それならばゴミ分別のメッセージ削除して欲しいです。終いにはお風呂にゴキブリ。ひとつだけ良かった事は、オーガニックや無添加の製品を使っている事です。"

"I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances....

"Is really close to Canal City and Yatai area only 2 minutes walk. 20 minutes walk to Tenjin area. The view for the canal is amazing. "

"I would give a 5 stars if the staff could send me the check in instruction on time and before check in time. I had to use Expedia customer service to contact the Hotel staff and get the door code. "

"The property was recommended on social media. Very comfortable and home-like. The place is on a quiet side street near to many convenience stores and walking distance to Hakata Station and paid parking. They could improve their internet speed as our unit connection was very slow. Not good for streaming videos. As well some of the filters and fans in the bathroom need a little more attention, but that is a small detail. Overall though we would comeback again. "

"Not as nice as picture. We had the ground level room, and not very clean. Clumbs and hair stuck in the gap between bed and wall. Breakfast is just yoghurt or egg sandwich, abit disappointed. Handy to have kitchenette and washing machine though."

"We love THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO! We were stunned by how beautiful and elegant this hotel is when we walked into the lobby. The facility is top notch and the staff are friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it is above the Amu Plaza right next to the Kumamoto train station. You can find plenty of shopping and dining options around this are. Plenty of famout restaurants have branches in Amu Plaza and Higo Yokamon Ichba Market. If you would like to stay in a hotel in Kumamoto close to the station, THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO is the best choice."
