"The property was not cleaned when I checked in. There was a dirty pillow that made me hesitant to sleep, and the blankets smelled strongly of sweat and were not washed. The floors were covered in hair and dust, the washer was unclean, and the table hadn’t been wiped down. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially since the place itself is nice. I was asked to email them with pictures, but the owner didn’t offer a new place and mentioned that the cleaner wasn’t available at...

"Very big room, got dining table, sofa, our biggest room in Japan. But no reception, it’s a self check in. No luggage storage before check in. Close to station which is very nice. Our room got washing machine, and bathroom got air drying system, so clothes will dry quickly."

"One of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in. Spacious, fully furnished with large beds, dining table, sofa, large fridge and cooking facilities. This is a self-check-in hotel so you will have to fill up all the details yourself and use an intercom to talk to a service agent. Very limited parking of only two spaces. Limited shopping and dining options in the very quiet area."

"Check in was incredibly awful, 40 mins in 35 degree heat outside because the property owner did not send a valid door code. Ended up calling hotels.com who managed to sort but at a cost in phones, patience and valuable holiday time as well as cooking in the heat. Dreadful check in.... cannot recommend for this reason by itself. Found last occupants' food in the microwave.... otherwise property was ok. Beware, check in appears to be issue looking at previous reviews - avoid... "

This is basically an apartment complex turned into hotel. Once you check in, you are granted a key and now have your own Japanese apartment. From head to toe, it has the works; shoes off...

"Great place to stay. Close to main train station. Comfortable, clean, has a washer for your clothes. Only bad thing is, once you get the key out of the box, don’t put it back there until you check out because it doesn’t stay locked. "
