"Rooms have been decorated nicely since I last stayed a couple of things to complain one of my suitcases was opened in room nothing taken but someone opened it and check in time loads of people waiting to check in and only one person behind reception it’s a very busy hotel something wrong somewhere I had to complain and two more people came out "

"Delivered on their promise of clean, basic accommodation within walking distance of the west end. Those expecting caviar dreams on a hotdog budget are out of luck. Good choice for a 2 (maybe) 3 nite stay close to the action. I felt comfortable and safe there my entire stay"

"A pleasant stay. Rooms are small but adequate. Excellent sit down table service breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. We had no heat one night but they fixed it the next morning and if I had told them during the night they would have brought up an electric heater. Great location near Paddington station."

"Excellent location and breakfast service. Room was cleana and staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I would improve is the shower door. It is so close to the washing basin that is difficult to walk into the shower, though neither my husband nor I are overweight. Besides that, our stay was great. "

"This has been our accomodation that is located in London's Kensington for the past 4 nights. The London House Hotel is high class, sparkling new, and beautiful exteriorally. Interior, the rooms are a bit small but well appointed. Nice thick carpet, clean beds, and new bathroom. There's in-room safe Staff is professional. Great value-for-money for Family Room of 4 pax. "All public areas were excellent with friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was good. Bedroom was clean and well appointed however the single bed was small (even for a single) and was unsupportive on the room side. I guess this is through guests sitting on the bed watching tv. Location is outstanding."

"Spent five glorious days at The Tavistock. Superb Staff, absolutely nothing was any trouble to them; excellent breakfast options, great food menu in both the bar area and the sublime Poppadom Restaurant. Comfortable and well appointed room. Great location. Truly impossible to fault."
