"The property profiles as a hotel but it is a pure serviced appartment but not really serviced. There is no 24 hour checkin. We arrived late and it took an hour to get keys from security guards who were untrained to serve guests with no English. There is minimal service and no facilities. We had to pay extra for electricity. That wasn’t clear on booking. There was no place to buy basics like water, tea or coffee and nothing in the appartment. The view of the golf course from the rooms was lovely...
