"The accommodation was clean and comfortable, however unfortunately I had very noisy and inconsiderate neighbours who were generally noisy on my first evening and on my 2nd evening they arrived home very noisly at about 11.30 and continued on with loud music and talking till well after 1.30!! I think there is zero soundproofing between units and I certainly suffered!! "

"We considered cancelling our trip due to having a car accident, called Wotif/the hotel manager to discuss and was verbally abused by the hotel manager then had all money drained from our credit card. Even though we had decided to attend because we paid for the accommodation, we were blocked by the hotel manager who wouldn’t take our calls. Currently dealing with the relevant ombudsman to put forward a formal complaint. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel or booking through Wotif. "

"Awesome location, right off the Esplanade! Front desk staff all went over and above expectations to help us! Room size was nice. No daily room service, but you could get all the extra towel and drinking water refills you wanted for free. Good wifi. Great value for the price. "

"The property is in a good location and the use of a car was very helpful. The pool was lovely although more handrails are needed for the less able-bodied guests to get in and out of both the pool and jacuzzi. The tiles around the area are very slippery when wrt so suggest these need changing "

"My husband & I booked in at the last minute for 5 nights due to a change in plans as a result of the cyclone in Brisbane. Very pleasantly surprised with the studio apartment - very clean & modern & had everything we needed, including kitchenette and washer/dryer. Great value for money too. Only a 15-20min walk to the esplanade (we walk fairly quick!) & right next door to Coles supermarket (5mins walk max!). Pools were lovely albeit it the sun bed area was quite small and didn’t leave much room...
