The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "Check in was easy... I arrived early and was able to lounge at the pool until my room was ready. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and cool. Every room has its own balcony/outside sitting area, and mine overlooked the pool which was large and clean. There are bar stools in the pool for the swim-up bar and music was played during the day.
The property is well kept, the staff are friendly and I felt very safe.
The town and cruise port are a quick walk from the property for shopping, food, etc...
I also used the Uber App to get around.

Omar, Mark, and Jr were a wonderful helping us out with good transportation and good food. We also enjoyed the roof top deck and the outdoor patio. And of course Joyela was ver responsive and helpful with the details. We will definitely come again and recommend Zuma to our friends. "
