"The property is pretty decent. You get what you pay for, sort of idea. We had some initial issues with the room but the staff were lovely and helped address the issue quickly. Could be a bit cleaner - for example don't think they actually vacuumed or mopped the floor during the 10 days we were there. The location is absolutely perfect so that made it all worth it. "

"Beautiful property at a great location. We were there for Christmas and right across the zocala square was wonderful. Breakfast was average. The rooms are not well insulated and we could hear everything that was going on in the hallways. Otherwise a pleasant stay ! "

"Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff. GREAT, safe, location! Very lush and gorgeous lobby. The bed however was very hard and so springy. Also the pillows are mini- sized pillows. There were no wash cloths and the towels could use upgrading. The room was nice- but bedding, mattress and towels need replacing. "

"Beds are confortable, room and bathroom are very nice and roomy. Lightning is great. TV size is perfect. Bathroom are modern. The only thing, was that I saw someone small roaches around the sink and the bathrooms are. The room did not have body lotions. They did have shampoo and soap. "

"The city is beautiful. The staff such as. Waiters , house keeping excellent but checking in we weren’t received as the staff received others. I had to explained about the breakfast part of the deal. It was never offered it even though I knew we had it. Up grades 0. Nada and Expedia will do nothing about it. The people, places to go out and ear are great "

"Our room (in the business tower) was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond, over and over again, to meet our every need.
