"One night stay all staff very knowledgeable and professional. I ordered the birthday package which was presented beautifully in the room and the pool and sauna area was lovely. Breakfast was served beautifully and the view from our hotel window was amazing. Will definitely stay here again."

"I was initially put off booking this hotel due to some of the reviews on it but needed affordable accommodation near the West End so just went for it. I'm glad I did. I found it a lovely, welcoming and warm hotel. I especially liked the lounge through from the reception. Cosy fire and chairs. Well decorated. I booked an Executive room so don't know if that made the difference but the room was lovely and well set out and clean. We had breakfast at the hotel and is was well catered with a great choice on the buffet. We had the cooked breakfast which was all very fresh and tasty. Overall, I definitely would stay here again."

"Did request 2rooms close by each other. The hotel did not help in thus request on arrival as we were 5hrs late due to weather conditions. However next morning we changed a room to be nearer. Good was good and so we're rooms. Staff were very helpful. Good all round hotel. "
